This website is run by EduMundo, Вояж оффис, WWG6+JPR, CHD - 6 khoroo, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. See the legal notice.
2. Student accounts
- Accounts are by invitation only. You need an invitation code from us.
- Your login code is personal. Do not share it. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else knows your code.
3. How you may use the website
- Use it for your own learning.
- Do not try to break into other accounts or the website.
- Do not upload anything illegal, offensive or that belongs to someone else.
- Do not use bots or scripts to send messages or log in.
4. Our content
All lessons, exercises, texts, images and the logo belong to EduMundo or are used with permission. You can use them for your own study. You may not copy, sell, publish or share them without our written permission.
5. Classes and payment
Classes happen live on Zoom. Prices are on the prices page. We do not take payment on this website. How you pay is agreed with you directly. Missed classes and refunds follow our missed classes and refunds page.
6. Availability
We try to keep the website running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change or stop parts of it.
7. Our responsibility
We do our best to teach well, but we cannot promise a specific result or exam score. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably expect, or for problems with your internet, device or Zoom. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account if these terms are broken.
9. Privacy
Read our privacy policy to see how we use your data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Mongolia. This does not remove any consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
